AVAILABILITY AND FREQUENCY OF SESSIONS

I specialize in working with individuals (16+).

Typically, I recommend weekly sessions, especially during the initial four weeks (or twice a week for severe eating disorders), to establish a strong therapeutic foundation. We can adjust the frequency as needed based on your progress and preferences. The overall length of therapy will be tailored to address your concerns and goals. Sessions typically run 45-50 minutes long.

RATES & OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS

Accepted Answer

Individual Session: $225

Family or Joint Session: $275

I do not accept insurance at this time. However,  I can provide documentation for reimbursable services if your insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance company prior to the session.

You have a right to request a written Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges under the No Surprises Act.

Question 3

CANCELLATION POLICY

Accepted Answer

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.
